Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor report allows users to view a list of housekeeping staff and the time that it takes them to complete their duties in time/points. As a housekeeping supervisor, user can use this information to directly supervise and coordinate housekeeping services and staff.

Perform the following steps to generate the report:

Navigate to Reports All Reports Housekeeping Housekeeping Supervisor.

Select a date from the calendar to generate dates for the report.

Enable the Include Housekeeping Features checkbox to display the housekeeping features for each room.

Choose which sorting options to include in the report:

Field

Description

Sort by Room Number

Sorts the report alphanumerically by room number.

Sort by Staff Last Name

Sorts the report alphabetically by staff last name.

Sort by Room Rack Order

Sorts the report alphanumerically by rack order.

Enter the Staff Last Name and Staff First Name fields.

Choose the Service types field to include in the report.

Choose the Role field to include in the report.

Choose the required checkbox under Inventory Status to include in the report:

Select All

Includes all inventory statuses.

Occupied

Sort the report alphanumerically by rooms with an occupied status.

Vacant

Sorts the report alphanumerically by rooms with a vacant status.

Choose the Housekeeping Status field to include in the report.

Choose the Buildings field to include in the report.

Choose which Room Types field to include in the report.

Click Generate. The report with the selected data appears.

Click Print to send a copy of the report to the printer.

Report Parameters

This report displays the following parameters:

Field

Description

Assigned To

The staff member/team assigned to perform the housekeeping service, if assigned.

Room

The room that the guest is staying in, if assigned. The Housekeeping features if available are displayed below the room.

Inventory Status

The rooms' current inventory status.

Service Status

The status of each service.

Housekeeping Status

The housekeeping status of each room.

Service Type

The service type performed.

Role

The role of the staff member assigned to perform the housekeeping service, if assigned.

Time/Point

The capacity in time or points required to complete the housekeeping service.

Pets

The pets associated with the rooms assigned.
